Spiritual Guidance

I started to feel spiritual guidance during my first visit to Hans in October 2001. This very exiting time with Gurudeva I described in the chapter Facing God and the deep spiritual experience of seeing The Star of Bethlehem.

Since then I feel like my Gurudeva is always with me looking through my eyes - sees what I see, feels what I feel and somehow I know what to do.

Once in a while I lose this perception usually when I am in nonspiritual surrounding and when my kriya yoga is not efficient.

When I am with my husband I can regain the love feeling and inspiration for more and better spiritual practice.

Spending time in nature helps me a lot to balance emotionnaly and kriya yoga feels more powerful.
